The staff at Calming Minds have over 50 years of combined experience in the Corporate and Education System and have created Mindful Meditation programmes and workshops for ages 4 to 99+.
While leading by example, Calming Minds passionately gifts people of all ages with a the skillset of Mindful Meditation and guides individuals on their path to wellness in mind, body and spirit.
At Calming Minds, we believe that Mindful Meditation is an empowering skillset for all ages that provides the foundation for overall well-being, which ensures a happy, healthy and balanced life.
Calming Minds provides a range of programmes and workshops to support adults, children, schools and corporations through-out Western Australia.
Clare
Clare has a deep passion about the overall well-being of our community; adults and children; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, along with having a deep spiritual connection and respect for our Mother Earth.
She has spent a lot of years in the corporate world, leaving it all behind in 2013. Clare now focuses on helping adult’s and children’s wellbeing across Australia – individually, in schools and organisations.
Clare is a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitator and Trainer and is also a qualified Kids and Family Yoga Instructor. She is extremely passionate about the power of Mindful Meditation and the profound impact it has our overall lives, helping us to enjoy the true essence of human existence by teaching, guiding and empowering people on their path, with the tools and techniques to use in their everyday life. Clare is also a Reiki Master and has been practicing the art of Usui Reiki for over 3 decades, who now specialises in holistic health and wellbeing of adults and children.
Clare shares her life with her beautiful husband Malakai and her gorgeous dog, Bill. Her happy place is at the beach which they visit daily.

Linda
Linda has a passion for teaching, and a love of facilitating for others to find and to be their best selves.
She was introduced to the power and peacefulness of mindfulness and meditation through her own sessions with Clare. This sparked the desire to bring this fulfilment to others, blending the Calming Minds philosophies and her teaching background.
Linda has 28 years teaching experience in the Primary, and Kindergarten and Pre-primary settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Early Childhood Education degree and is a trained Getting It Right Literacy Specialist. Linda also held the position of Learning Support Coordinator working with students with special and behavioural needs, collaborating with associated professionals, teachers and parents to support them to achieve their best. She is a trained Rainbows Program teacher and has run sessions in schools for students dealing with grief.
Linda is a proud mother of her gorgeous daughter Lily and two beautiful cats, Violet and Danny. She loves getting out into nature and exploring, and she volunteers weekly at a wildlife conservation centre.
