Calming Minds is the business name, owned by Clare Milner ABN 47 459 787 388 and Linda Shaw ABN 42 586 732 926 and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Orders On-line Store

When you order from Calming Minds, you are required to fill out your details for billing and shipping address.

How to Pay On-line Store

Calming Minds accepts VISA, Mastercard and bank transfers for items ordered through www.calmingminds.com.au

Once an order is placed on-line through Calming Minds, you either transfer monies via bank transfer or choose for us to call you to take payment over the phone.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Eftpos over the phone, cash payments in person, or bank transfer.

Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, all transactions are in Australian dollars. All prices are currently correct. However, prices can change and Calming Minds reserves the right to alter prices without notice.

Payment On-line Store

Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.

Payment for all Sessions and Workshops/Programmes

Payment for workshops/programmes is required upfront before commencement. 100% refund two weeks before commencement date. 50% refund more than 7 days notice. 0% less than 7 days.

Payment for all sessions due at completion of session. 50% cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns Policy

Once you place your order and received, unless the item is damaged, there will be no refund.

If you receive an incorrect item from what you ordered, Calming Minds will refund the item once the item is returned undamaged, unopened and not used, with Calming Minds paying return postage.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order we have a flat rate of $15.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, which has a registered number so we can track orders.

Please also note that the shipping rate may vary due to weight.
